This study prepared pre-sintered clusters with fine nickel powders and proposed an effective method to predict control the sintering shrinkage based on cluster size. Experiments were conducted investigate influence of pre-sintering temperature size specific surface area morphology as well validate availability prediction method. The results show that decreases increasing slightly oscillates linear ratio is inversely proportional temperature, which begins drop rapidly at 500 °C from 19.05% 3.18% 800 °C. experimental are quite approximate predicted values, strongly prove
